The purpose of the study was to suggest the order of combined exercise to have the maximized result over the same time according to performance of complex program with aims. To suggest the order, I have implemented complex exercise program which contains aerobic exercise and anaerobic resistance exercise and did a comparative analysis on the Respiro-Circulatory Function and variables of blood by taking a blood sample during the stabilizing stage, right after the performance of aerobic and anaerobic exercise, and the recovery stages which have been divided into 5, 10, 15, 20, 60, and 120 minutes.
On Respiro-Circulatory Function. EPOC have shown the difference only during the performance, and AR-E exercise have maintained the higher rate than RA-E till 60 minutes of the recovery stage. RER, HR and Total EEm have shown the difference only during the performance and also at the sequence of HR has shown the difference too. Lactic Acid which is the variable of blood change has not only shown up during the performance and the sequences but also did an interplay reciprocal action. FFA has shown the variable during performance and did an interplay reciprocal action.
As putting the following outcomes together, AR-E has shown the better effect on the Respiro-Circulatory Function of the recovery stage than RA-E. I have brought about these result by verifying reponses of the metabolic rates through the change variables in blood. AR-E has shown and maintained the higher rate not only on the calories that have consumed during the exercise but also on physiological vitality after the performance than RA-E. Therefore, AR-E seems to have the positive effect on the weight management, improvement and prevention of obesity as the complex exercise.
