Prediction on demand of golf tourists in outsiders and foreigners of golf course in Jeju-do Island where is our country"s best tourist site is very important subject to a company of operating golf course in Jeju-do Island. This is very important research in the aspect available for being conducive to establishing diverse marketing plans through this study. Accordingly, this study used the time-series analysis with the use of seasonal ARIMA model in order to predict the demand of customers in outsiders and foreigners of golf course in Jeju-do Island. For the demand forecasting from July 2011 to December 2012, it analyzed by using data on the present status for users of golf course in outsiders and foreigners in Jeju-do Island by month from January 2002 to June 2011 at administration data room on the official homepage for the local government of Jeju-do. Accordingly, the result was elicited as saying of being rapidly reduced the demand of outsiders and foreigners in December 2011 and January & February 2012 and of being steadily increased the demand of using golf course in outsiders and foreigners from March when it gets warmer to November. The weather from March to November is relatively less influenced the operation of flight and ship. Thus, the demand of customers for golf course in outsiders and foreigners who use golf course in Jeju-do can be said to gradually grow. In order for golf course in Jeju-do region to increase demand of outsiders and foreigners, the marketing and service will need to be concentrated for attracting outsiders and foreigners from March to November. In December and February, the marketing of targeting insiders can be said to be an effective marketing method.
