With the establishment of ERP systems, the omnibus account management for apartments has been handled by automatic processes. However, the result of the management system can only be accessed by the limited number of people, and furthermore the ERP system for e-Apartment must be installed in their PC. As the current paradigm of IT has been embracing the concept of openness, sharing and participation, much information is open by way of web and widget. In this paper, we present an e-Apartment management system that manifest publicly available information in the form of widget, thus conforming to the openness and sharing of information.
