Embracing new technology developments and the shining features of the latest smartphones are enabling secure and user-friendly ways to access health data on users’ phones. In this paper, we present the mechanisms to identify application framework of Context - Aware mPHR(mobile Personal Health Record) with rapid sharing in emergency situation. This application doesn’t only store the valuable health record of the individual, but makes the information alive in case of emergency, where owner of the data is non-communicative patient. This paper proposes the ways to share health data securely to the medical professionals when they need data the most to save a patient.
