Recently, there has been growing concern regarding Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) so that IAQ problems from building materials of toxic substance have become increasingly important issue. There are increasing developments and uses of functional building materials. It increases in development and use of functionality building material with the vapour adsorption/desorption property in particular. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the water vapour adsorption/desorption property of ceiling material and finishing materials. Vapour adsorption property of ceiling materials(A specimen) was 55.7 g/m2, finishing materials of C specimen was 39.5 g/m2 and B specimen was 29.1 g/m2.
