The purpose of this study is to verify realization validity of the ubiquitous marine leisure sports city. For this purpose, factors were extracted to verify business feasibility targeting relevant expert groups and based on this, realization validity of the ubiquitous marine leisure sports city was verified. The expert group with 10 persons was made up and Delphi analysis was conducted and factors of realization validity of the ubiquitous marine leisure sports city were extracted. Extracted feasibility factors are consist of 3 factors such as economic feasibility, political feasibility, and technical feasibility. Economic feasibility is composed of marketability and competitiveness, finances and working expenses-raising plan, appropriateness of location and size, expenses, and possibility of payback plan. Technical feasibility is composed of possibility of technology practicalization, conformity with existing businesses, and management system of major applied technologies. Political feasibility is composed of political coherence, necessity, and urgency, conformity with major policies of local governments, intention to push forward businesses and capability, cooperation system with relevant authorities, and overlap of existing businesses. Additionally, importance by factor was indicated in order of economic feasibility, political feasibility, and technical feasibility. Lastly, as a result of research targeting expert groups on business feasibility, it was found positive.
