The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of transformational leadership on the organizational identification, job satisfaction and organizational commitment in university soccer players. The participants were selected by convenience sampling method. They were composed of 268 university soccer players who had been participating in university soccer tournament. All data of completed questions are encoded and Spss Windows 17.0 and AMOS 7.0 programs were used. The conclusion of this research was as follows. Individualized consideration, inspiration and intellectual stimulation of transformational leadership had an effect on organizational identification. Charisma, individualized consideration, inspiration and intellectual stimulation had an effect on job satisfaction. Individualized consideration and intellectual stimulation had an effect on organizational commitment. There are causal connections among transformational leadership, organizational identification, job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
