Though this research examines closely value and influence of sports activity in school because elementary school teachers’ redoubling activity participation analyzes relation with job satisfaction accordingly with change of organization culture, there is viewer’s purpose.
Executed question investigation against 260 elementary school teacher to achieve purpose of research. The statistical methods such as Ancova, and Regression analysis were used to analyze the collected data. The conclusion from the research results and discussion is as follows:
First, difference of difference of statistics of population school register special quality sports activity showed therefore attribute, number of class. Second, culture, progressive culture, logical culture of effect that sports activity participation availability gets to formation culture are influencing friendship enemy and culture did not influence conservation enemy. Department of variable effect influenced to culture and logical culture friendship enemy. Third, effect that sports activity participation availability gets in job satisfaction is influencing in blended weave satisfaction, administrative support satisfaction, human relations satisfaction and personnel management savage tribe did not influence. Effect with blended weave satisfaction human relations satisfaction distinction of sex influence, and number of class of administrative support satisfaction influenced.
Fourth, sports activity low rank of mortification formation culture be be that of friendship enemy culture and logical culture in job satisfaction influence.
