Now Chinese Movies are developing in the many sufferings. Film industrialization policy start from 1993, after joined WTO Chinese movies are accomplishing high development.
The purpose of this study is to explore the new trend and features of chinese film industry, identify the way in which find its development progress. In order to analyze, research the government policies, film industry, change of movie aesthetics, effort to systemic approach.
Firstly, analyze the investment, produce, distribution, screening on the current industry tendency of film market. Secondly, analyze the new features of chinese movie aesthetics. Thirdly, analyze the government support policy.
And to conclude, Firstly, Chinese film industry achieve surprising development, Secondly, succeed system reform in movie market, Thirdly, market friendly genre movies and commercial movies is rising mainstream, Fourth, be forming 「government control-market friendly policy」, which are ‘from plan to market’, ‘from control to free’, ‘from regulation to autonomy’, Fifth, paradoxically appear free market in government regulation. Therefore, settle down 「Chinese film industry model」, which is ‘government control-industrialization’, ‘government control-open market’, ‘limited free in strict censorship’.
Paradoxically, the more government policy want to controls market, the more market grow over government. No more government can control unilateral1y, The new rising main agents of market will gain film power, it’s a new phenomenon of transition in chinese film industry. Therefore, henceforth, be able to forcast 「government control-market model」 will change to 「government-market partnership industrialization model」.
