In this paper, we propose a scheme about robust embedding of dual visual watermarks using DWT and SVD. Dual visual watermarks are embedded in the luminance part of original color image which comes from YIQ model. First watermark is called original image watermark, which is color scale digital image and is the same as the original image. Second watermark is called ownership watermark, which is gray scale image. For watermark embedding scheme, ownership watermark is embedded into the luminance part of original image watermark and then the resultant watermarked gray scale image is used as watermarked original image watermark for being embedded into the original image with the same embedding method. For watermark extraction scheme, we can divide into two parts: we firstly extract the watermarked original image watermark from the lossy images as well as the original image. Then we extract the ownership watermark from extracted watermarked original image watermark as well as original image watermark. Experimental evaluation demonstrates that the proposed scheme is robust to a wide range of attacks. Watermarked original image watermark and ownership watermark are well to detect in all the cases.
