In this paper, we tried to develop the system which is to analysis the spine model and device by simple modeling based on the analysis process of fusion device for the spine.
First of all, we designed the separated push-in type model smaller than the existing fusion device and analyzed its mechanical strength, it was based on these analysis process, we made this system which is to model simply and analyze the shapes of device and spine. As the result, the separated push-in type fusion device showed the stable strength at overloaded condition, using a simple analysis system, a person who does not major in mechanics analyzed the effect according to the shape and position of device.
