Rapidly changing environmental factors in international transportation has been resulting in the growth and development paradigm for the global logistics industry toward outward-oriented openness. multi-combined systematization. tele-informatization and standardization. This paper analysed this change of new paradigm using by SWOT matrix and optimal path control methodology. Especially, the Korean transportation infrastructure shall be outstandingly competitive due to not only the increasing importance of the regional economic cooperation in the North-Pacific countries of Korea, China and Japan. but to the new development in the international transportation hub infrastructure such as the Inchon international air port and North-South Korean train line (Kyung-ui line). However, based on the comparison among the global transportation hub countries, the Korean economy should more emphasized the new paradigm of outward-oriented openness, multi-combined systematization, tele-informatization and standardization in software and hardware of the transportation development.
