Han’s transversality in the context of new educational knowledge is important in the role of Glo-na-cal Mind set. Our life-world is rapidly becoming complex with the influence of global, national and local forces and resources. In the context of inevitable transversality of Public Philosophy, Han includes coincidental meaning of Godlike Han with face(桓因, Han-In) and formless, transversality Han(?) as triple intermediating Mind.
Han’s value lies in creative Public reason, which is related with causal Mind of Han-In as the Godlike grandfather of Dan-gun(National father). Han’s mind must constantly readjust Han's will to meet the changing circumstances of the rest of Han, seeking at every moment to influence energy events to choose options that will lead reality toward greater beauty. We can say the process of Han(?) is awakening process through spiritual (heavenly), cultural(earthy), mental(human) brightness. The Han’s mind is triple phenomenon of transversal awareness of heaven-earth-human. It is intermediation of spiritual, cultural, physical awareness as Glonacal mind-set to fulfill Public Philosophy, Public cooperation with Private.
Han’s mind and thought is based on the Cheon-Bu-Sutra(天符經) and Dan-Gun mythology(檀君神話). Han’s thought has glonacal ethical value that requires each individual to suffer its own responsibility for co-existence, its own unovercomable indebtedness to the other through intermediation of triple dimension of Han. We can say that in the Public communication of Han there are three factors of moral principle of fairness, public rational procedure of transversal communication, common goodness of commune welfare to fulfill Public Philosophy through intermediation.
A new perspective is increasingly required in terms of basic problematic, agenda-setting and deliberation that takes into full view and consideration a dynamic, mutually generative relationship between the Public Philosophy and Han. The strategic importance of the Public reason of Han as a cultural-axiological center with regard to the global commune system should be fully recognized as the Han’s interaction dynamics.
