The electronic trade (e-Trade) revolution is changing the international trade processes dramatically. It permits new kinds of interactions among exporting and importing firms as well as internally within the firms. E-trade is shaking the foundations of many industries and is leading to new types of e-business models.
This study examined as follows about the major methods and means of e-Trade contracts risk management the risks relating the e-Trade contracts have the speculative characters. It is said that e-Trade contracts is the dynamic risk caused by the dynamic change of social economy.
In e-Trade contracts, compared with traditional trade system based on a normal document the problem that the contracts may not conclude legally, the functional problem of forgery and alteration in electronic document, the problem of effective place and time in the contracts and so forth come to question. In order to solved these problem, it is necessary to establish the international organization that the parties concerned to trading firms, bank, shipping company, insurance company and so forth.
