Under the Globalization and Electronic Commerce Circumstance, International Organizations, for example The WTO, OECD, APEC, has been effort standard related to Electronic Commerce. Specially, the WTO has been discussed standard of Electronic Commerce in New Round issues
Electronic Commerce will be an engine of economic growth in the Korea Trade patterns than others countries in Twenty first Century, with the potential to invigorate economies by enhancing productivity, streamlining distribution, and revamping corporate structures.
The Korea trade patterns have already taken steps domestically to realize the full potential of electronic commerce. So, Electronic commerce will enhance the standard of trade patterns in Korea and others competitive countries, by creating new, high paying jobs and opportunities
In conclusion, The Government of Korea recognize the importance of working together to promote global electronic commerce and make close policy coordination with other cooperative countries. In this point, We examine and suggest the following New round issues and principle, policies, which should guide the development of electronic commerce.
