The purpose of this study to analyze relevance between the logistics alliance determinate factors and performance, perspective of logistics service provider(LSP). For this, I drawn from the precedence research, factors of logistics alliance determinate factors and performance. This study classified three categories: alliance-basis relation factors, transactions relation factors, logistics service relation factors as independent variables and two categories: financial performance and non-financial performance as dependent variables. set up model and formulate ten hypothesis.
Among the ten hypothesis, "efficiency of contract document", "trust", "information share", "terms of transactions maintenance", "scope of logistics service", and "lead times" related six hypothesis were adopted. This result contribute to shipper to cope with logistics alliance with logistics service provider.
This survey carried out first for a Certified Integrated-Logistics Company, but owing to insufficiency parameter, did not acceptable outcome. also further studies need to consider not only logistics service provider but shipper.
