Through the consideration of systems for waste control in Korea and other foreign countries, this study proposes some schemes that can make fundamentals in order to raise the effectiveness of control and to accumulate the real time-clearance information of transboundary wastes.
This study also proposes some schemes for improving the current Korean laws and regulations as to the transboundary wastes control and suggests some plans about sharing and correlating their roles among the Ministry of Environment, Customs Service and other authorities in Korea.
This study also investigate the process and know-how of wastes disposal in foreign countries, for example, Japan and China and focused methodology and reference of policy enforcement that has not be dealt with in former studies.
