Each nations including U.S.A. is implementing measures of global security and facilitation concerning the international trade supply chain.
After the events of September 11, 2001, U.S. has taken various measures for the secure and security of the United States. i.e. CSI, 24-Hour Rule, Trade Act of 2002 Final Rule, C-TPAT.
Especially, Customs Regulations in U.S. regulate that CBP must receive, by way of a CBP-approved ED! system, information pertaining to cargo before the cargo is either brought into or sent from the United States by any mode of commercial transportation.
Trading circle in Korea undergoes various influences by various measures for the secure and security of the United States.
To cope with such measures of U.S., Trading circle in Korea must examine thoroughly various measures for the secure and security of the United States. Korea government also must support trading circle to cope with such measures U.S. has taken for the secure and security of the Homeland and adopt strength of CSI, 24-Hour Rule, Trade Act of 2002 Final Rule, C-TPAT.
