The purpose of this study is like this, I want to know the blue jean image according to type and its constituting element. I also want to analyze image according to the body type of twenty age. I made eighteen of photo stimulus material attached to men selected as people of 'V-york, stripe-york, round-york' and 'basic pocket or develope pocket' ; which represent the type of the blue jean. I showed papers to 100 men and had them measure blue jean image.
The result of this study is like this.
This study is limited to the age of 21-29 and is conducted by establishing three types of embodied lower half body shapes verified in precedent studies.
First, body type Ⅰ is It is the body shape which has small width items of lower half body and thin waist. Body type Ⅱ is It is the body shape which has similar measures in hip width and belly width, and has thin waist. Body type Ⅲ is similar type Ⅱ. But Type Ⅲ is low hip-height.
Second, in the wearer's body type and the blue jean image, the images looked like this; blue jean has V-shape york and basic pocket that is for body type Ⅰ,blue jean has round-shape york and develpe pocket that is for body type Ⅱ, blue jean has stripe-shape york and basic or develope pocket that is for body type Ⅲ.
