This study was analysed on the populational and statistic characteristics from a survey of smaller businesses in Deajeon and Chungchung area.
The result of the first research question, which is the correlation with personal levels of CEO and business ethic levels, showed a positive effect on personal conviction of CEO and business ethic levels. This result turned out to be supported the previous studies. However, this study was not able to prove the hypothesis on whether the influence of family and economical desire will effect on business ethic levels positively or negatively. The second hypothesis was that enterprise culture will influence ethical business levels in a organizational condition. The positive result from this hypothesis was turned out. Also the result of pressure on management outcome was shown in a negative way. While the third hypothesis, which group members will effect on ethical business level, was not established.
The final hypothesis, which the business ethic levels will be affected by social environmental factor, was not also established.
Therefore the results of this study show that the personal levels of CEO is the most effective factor of the ethical influences of CEO, and the organizational condition is the second most effective one on business ethic levels.
