Therefore, When applies consequently like this mobile technique and a ubiquitous technique to constructive CALS system, the effectiveness of business transaction is augmented, is accomplishes a business with the fact that will be able to reduce the various expense which is necessary is predicted. In this research, the exhibition features developed and detailed features of construction CALS system to measure the effectiveness of development to prove the validity of, Process Chart using techniques detailed features of the exhibition features, and will want to conduct quantitative performance measurement.
