The early establishment of the standardization of building structure about new technology and new materials composes the basement of technology renovation based on a market by making the standardization research system focused on a higher value-added business and a customer. Therefore, it is really important to establish active standardization systems and independent basements to lead an international standardization. Specially, an improvement of equipments related to building thermal environment part is more important, because it supports thermal comfort to residents in a house, and makes it possible to save energy in a situation of the Climatic Change Convention in a high oil prices period.
The purpose of this study is to suggest of strategy about a domestic standard dealing with a international trend in building thermal environment part in an internationalization period. In this study, we investigated internal and external technology tendency and standardization trend, and set up a standardization object and a road map to prepare the infrastructure of domestic standardization.
