In article the history of integration processes, an event in the central Asian countries is described. The Central Asian economic community (CAEC), created in 1994 year in structure of Kazakhstan, Kirghizia, Uzbekistan (in 1998 year has joined Tajikistan), was more likely formal formation. From February, 28th, 2002 year it is transformed by the decision of "four" to more universal Organization the Central Asian cooperation (CAC), On May, 28th, 2004 year in Astana on an emergency meeting of Council of heads of the states members of the Organization the central Asian cooperation (CAEC) the unanimous decision of presidents of Kazakhstan, Kirghizia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan had been approved the application of Russia for the introduction in CAC by connection to the Contract about establishment of Organization CAC. The aspiration to preservation or restoration of existed economic communications, and also desire to be kept in the traditional export markets and to be fenced off from a competition from the outside became incentive motive of occurrence of regional trading associations as EurAZES, on open spaces of again created Commonwealth of Independent States.
