Uzbekistan disposes not only stupendous natural a raw materials resource, but also enormous intellectual, spiritual and cultural potential. Before republic stands the complex problems to get through difficult way reform and renovations, build the new state with developed economy and occupy worthy him place in the world.
We there is study the experience of the development of the many countries, use it with provision for national mentalities and cultural particularities and on base this elect its way of the development to with the least loss to reach the delivered integer and create the developed economic system. What notes the President Karimov I.A. "Pivotal line state development Republic of the Uzbekistan is hard and goal directed following by own way, taking into account simple experience of the other countries". With this view, the special interest presents the experience of the economic development of such countries, as South Korea. The Modern situation of economy of Uzbekistan in main reminds the economic situation in postwar South Korea. The Similarity main social factor and conditions, under which Uzbekistan and South Korea has begun the reforms (the South Korea after war, but Uzbekistan after decay USSR), as well as that place, which she occupies in the world. force to pay earnest heed on experience of the South Korea. The Particularities structured reform South Korea, with some correction, possible use when turning Uzbekistan on market relations. Certainly, not all methods used South Korea in process restructure, applicable in Uzbekistan. However, necessary to study its experience to use the best achievements in its models of the development and avoid the mistake, which can appear under transformation of economy. The reform of economy of South Korea occurred according to economic politician, designed in accordance with condition of that period, as well as delivered integer and problems. The Article is dedicated to modern economic politician of South Korea, having revealed the most solving factors in Korean practical person of economy management; consider the possibility of their using in Uzbekistan. Of course, impossible study all spheres economic politicians within the framework of one degree work so reasonable consider only main positions given article and try to present them to Uzbekistan with reference to. The Main factor promoted success economic and social reforms in South Korea was designed in postwar era economic policy, which, using different instruments of the regulation by economy, has allowed the country to make the breakout in many branch of industry. Consequently, in circle of the problems of our studies enters discovery that instrument influences on economy of the South Korea. which applicable for conditions Uzbekistan, as follows:
- a discovery resemblance in economic condition two countries;
- a study main stage developments economic politicians to South Korea;
- a discovery instrument economic politicians to South Korea, rendered most influence upon development of the economy;
- consider acceptability of the using that or other approach in Uzbekistan. Thereby, purpose of the article is a study economic politician to South Korea with standpoint of the possibility of the using of some its particularities in condition Uzbekistan.
