The results of measuring tests and computational fluid dynamics of office space modules using the T&A air-conditioning system are followed. 1) Measuring tests for the indoor setting temperature changes should be performed in a stable condition with an even horizontal temperature distribution around the workers. In the cooling condition, Task zone should be 23℃ and the Ambient zone should be 27℃ ([C3] condition). The conditions also satisfies the ASHRAE standards because the conditions minimize the difference of temperature between Task zone and the Ambient zone from the temperature change. 2) In the cooling condition [C3], if the air flow is reduced from 50% to 30% of task zone and increased from 50% to 70% of the Ambient zone, the [V3] condition is advantageous in preventing the draft and satisfying the ASHRAE standards. 3) In the cooling condition [C3-V3] the orders of highest uniformity of temperature and velocity distribution according to the computational fluid dynamics from the furniture layout were the concentrated, distributed, and linear layout in the cooling condition. 4) The computational fluid dynamics from the Diffuser throw angle change (Cooling: 0°, +30°, +60°) showed that temperature and velocity distribution around the workers of the cooling Diffuser throw angle [+30°] was most stable. 5) In the cooling condition with the concentrated furniture layout and the [+30°] Diffuser throw angle, the workers' Predicted Mean Vote (PMV) was generally “mild” in Task zone and “slightly hot” in seating height (1.2 m) and standing height (1.8 m) in the Ambient zone.
