Disabled person need partially or entirely other person's help. These help is consisting through family as primary. However, as home constituent decreases gradually, it is increasing real condition that is responsibility about disabled person within family.
Need Welfare Facilities that can protect disabled person to prevent this According to disabled person's increase today, request degree of protection Facilities is increasing gradually. However, because Day care center most of building leases house or office, repair of Facilities is impossible real condition.
Now, this study suggests that Analyze actual conditions of operation space and program, utilization of Facilities and problem.
