Report Errors
The purpose of this study is how the ERP has been efficiently utilizing in Small & Medium Business in Korea and analyzing the actual status of utilizing ERP and verifying whether ERP quality variables (system quality, information quality, service quality) have influence on the performance of ERP.
For this purpose, ERP quality variables(system quality, information quality, service quality) are chosen from the existing study to use questionnaire.
Result of this study, the ERP of Small & Medium Business are easiness and flexibleness on system quality, exact and useful information on information quality, and reaction and belief of the service on service quality are effect on the performance of ERP.
