The article aims at presenting the plan for training the capable men of Gwangju with the present social and economic situation
The plan can be summarized an follows :
First, surroundings for training the capable men should be established. Capable men necessary for Gwangju cannot be trained without cooperation and effort. Second, leaders for Gwangju in many fields at politics administration and economy should be educated Third, enterprises should make every effort to train the capable men along with the educational institutions and local government Forth, networks among the industrialㆍeducational and governmental institution should be formed in order to efficiently the capable men. Fifth, local economy should be activated and many companies should be promoted for lasting training of the capable men in this area.
