Korean economic has been established high degree of economic growth under the planed economic system by emphasis on government policy. However, competitiveness of small and medium-sized firms has been weakend relatively compared with the large-sized Firms.
It is true, especially for the small and medium-sized firms that there are tremendous benefits and advantages to promote e-business for the R&D and procurement, production, transportation, payment, even for the accounting and labor management etc.
The purpose of this study is to find factors determining and the global e-Network construction for export expansion of small and medium-sized firms. Therefore, The determinants of global e-network consisted of the Government policy, University, Research Institute, Small and medium-sized firms Organization and then, Overseas firms collaboration, Overseas entered large firms collaboration, Student studying aborad, Korean resident aborad.
The paper tries to suggest various policy measures to promote the technological capability of the small and medium-sized firms and eventually to enhance to international trade of the Korean industry.
