Construction industries is a labor intensive industries. Managing labour quality is a factor that increases general productivity. Managing labour efficiency is a method of managing labour's quality.
Studying the work sampling techniques, they get together and express quantitatively and statistically measurement methods of labour efficiency and work condition. As a tool of field measurement, PDA tool is a simple and effective tool that share the information in actuality. Work efficiency management system verifies the effect of data measurement and analysis at the case study and the availability of system interviewing experts.
This system that manages the labour quality involves a PDA tool that applies simply in field and a data measurement process that is statistical and quantitative method. To manage the work efficiency using this system is expect to increase the construction productivity.
