The International Coaching School (ICS) was designed to train and educate coaches from around the world. The program of the ICS attempted to promote and develop excellence in coaching. The International Coaching School provided coaches with a systematic way to improve their knowledge and skills in the theoretical, technical and practical aspects of coaching. The purpose of the study was to introduce a proposed Intemational. Coaching School at Hoseo University. The study included objectives, organizational structure, Hoseo University introduction, brief overview of the organizations involved, main roles of the Korean organizations supported (assumptions), main roles of the International organizations supported (assumptions), description of activities and projects in ciioeratuib with the Korea Coaching Development Center, and course contents.
