According to critical view of early 1900 one of Manhattanism in New york and human being which indeterminism of Paradise lost by John milton, the perimeter rental housing complex would be an alternative type of housing for solving various problems which are beared on the existing high-rise, high-density housing in Korean cities.
The objectives of this Architectural design scheme is to suggest the applicable perimeter rental housing complex models as a new type of sustainable urban housing renewal plan in Korean cities.
The Architectural design scheme was focused on the fourth design concept, first, urban flow, second, horizontal bands which presented urban density. third, organization of intercommunion. fourth, introduction of environment/viewable element which landscape with its relationships to other components.
The result of the Architectural design scheme shows that the rental housing complex can be advances a commonness house community plan in standard and these scheme goes out problem of existing apartment these models combined with completion as a body in urban system structure meaning sustainable urban renewal design methods.
