To increase export potential power of Uzbekistan, it is necessary to systemize production process starting from raw materials to the finished commodity production. And for this, Uzbekistan must develop the dyeing process urgently. Considering the limited investment resources, development of dyeing production is the primary task in achieving best results in investment policy implementation. So, we present the suggestion of establishing industrial dyeing complex as a pattern of Uzbek Korean economical cooperation. If two countries will invest 134 million USD into dyeing equipments, then the amount of annual export for dyed fabrics will be 222 million USD. And if Uzbekistan will invest additionally 45 million USD into clothing industry more, then the amount of annual export for clothing will be 432 million USD. The withdrawal period of equipment investment for dyeing equipment will be 6 years, for clothing equipment 1 year. The withdrawal period of investments for the equipments of both production zones will be 2.7 years. If Korea invests more 150 million USD for dyeing part in Uzbekistan, then Korea can acquire the overseas production base to occupy main markets of medium quality goods from cotton in Europe, Russia and Central Asia..
This suggestion can solve the problem of underdeveloped dyeing process in Uzbekistan and will be win win cooperation between Uzbekistan and Korea.
