The purpose of this study was to present basic data for effective recovery methods during training and after training of Taekwondo athletes. To achieve the purpose of this study, after maximal aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise as different body weight, the changes of lactate density, the activities of oxidative were compared and analyzed.
The conclusions were as follows:
1. In the difference of aerobic exercise capabilities according to body weight, VO₂zmax was showed significant difference in fly player group and light player group, and in fly player group and heavy player group at the level of p<.001.
2. The difference of Femorla muscle strength according to body weight was showed significant difference at the level of p<.05 in all variables of 180° Peak Torque Extension, 180° Peak Torque Flexion, 180° Work per Repetition Extension, 180° Work per Repetition Flexion, 60° Peak Torque Extension, 60° Peak Torque Flexion. 60° Work per Repetition Extension. and 60° Work per Repetition Flexion.
3. In the density of lactate was not showed significant difference. and In oxidative stress, SOD activities were showed similar results among body weight, but the difference according to a period was showed significant difference at the level of p<.001. Also, in the formation of MDA, the difference of a period was showed significant difference at the level of p<.001, and the difference of body weight was showed significant difference at the level of p<.01 in fly player group and heavy player group.
