The purpose of ‘Green Parking’ is not only to secure parking space but also to improve housing environment and to recover communication through taking away wall. But the most of plans have been focused on the upper first purpose. The valuation basis for ‘Green Parking’ were also alloted by physical results. So there is need to examine about planning method that consider community from the view point of resident.
Therefore, in this thesis, did theoretical investigation about planning method with community. It recognized the necessity that planning method which consider community through examination about 'Green Parking'. And then draw indicator of Community Planning Method from early model plan by means of observation and interview with expert. Because early model plan relatively had rich community planning method. Made observation checklist and questionnaire which for preliminary investigation, and modified that which for main investigation. And derived ideas for revitalization of community through observation about use habits, interview and questionnaire with resident.
