The objective of this research is to develop a Structural Equation Model that explains how the user satisfaction is decided when they use the land information and to search the main component which can be raise the satisfaction index of land information.
In order to do this, we surveyed the satisfaction index for both 17 questionnaire to analyze satisfaction structure of the land register information and the registration information and 24 questionnaire to analyze satisfaction index of accuracy, utilization, and accessibility on 8 kinds of individual information. Here are some results that analyzed the research data using higher-order factor analysis, multi-trait multi-method matrix, congeneric test, and structural analysis of the satisfaction index:
First, the land register information and the registration information are high level convergent validity information, and we agree that they are balanced information for all requirements of accuracy, utilization, and accessibility. However, the satisfaction index can be raised rapidly for these information systems if we improve the utilization.
Second, the information system such as the building information, the land value information, the tax information, the land use information, the geographic information and the underground information does not have convergent validity perfectly, and the satisfaction index of these information can be raised if we improve t e accessibility.
Third, we verified that effect on the overall satisfaction index of the land information for those three satisfaction components depend on the kind of information using the congeneric measures verification method.
