The purpose of this study was that follow. First, searching for the development direction of pro-basketball teams management and then analysis those things in depth, so that we can indicate the most suitable model of activating professional sports in our country.
For this research to indicate the most suitable model was to, First, understanding the factor of organization in professional basketball aims. Second, understanding disadvantages of the professional basketball teams and finding the ways to solve the problems. Third, understanding the kind of strategic alliance that can apply with pro-basketball teams of our country. 4th, presentation the best model for the improvement on pro-basketball teams of our country based on each part of analysis.
Pro-basketball teams team's first aim was have to tum into creating profits through team management. They must use aggressive management strategy by positioning high quality human resource. As one of those management method, there is the strategic alliance to help each other. And now, the strategic alliance that can apply with pro-basketball teams of our country, concludes with following three point; first, alliance between each single items.
