From 21 century knowledge information anger societies, information anger system development is recognized as a important sports industrial territory. Currently the Korean government for the construction of sports networks of intelligence organization is investing the budget the above 30 billion. Recently, the construction of the database for the young people will be able to present the direction which is important against the future health of the young people.
Currently, the system regarding a high school entrance examination physical strength was constructed, but almost there is not physical strength civil official system development for the general students. Consequently, for the physical strength civil official system development for the high school student, we analyzed and researched a C language. The standard of physical strength applied the statistical data of the physical training scientific research worker. For the research, we applied a multiple dissertation and the literature.
As a result of system development, first, the students compare the physical strength of oneself at score and search the portion which is insufficient through self-diagnostic system. Second accumulation of the data for a datamining is possible through the data of each person. Third, data which is constructed with the global database could be applied with statistical data. In conclusion, the data of the students comes to collect and it will be able to manage the physical strength civil official system which is complicated with scientific method. The analysis and prediction are possible. And it will be able to use the physical strength civil official of the students with fundamental data of sports industrial information through the datamining.
