This study was preformed to establish the practical problem and set up disposal plan for the prevention and cure of juvenile delinquency in sports education policy. Juvenile delinquency could account for weakened function of home education, unwholesome home background, absence of education for the whole man, and non-educational social environment and so on. The model of previous study had reported two view points of direct proportion and inverse proportion relation between participation and delinquency in the sports. The present paper presented a premise on protection of preventive measure for longtime-juvenile delinquency as the uniform education system of sports activity. The sports-education policy system for juvenile delinquency was set up three main cases. First, school-sports policy was needed sublation of aims as means, cultivation of democratic thinking, strengthening of law-abiding spirit, improvement of one's company, and so on. Second, institute-sports policy was did worth observance of human education, guarantee of counsel system for athletes, foundation of administration-charge organization in national control, etc.
Third, life-sports policy was also did improvement of physical environment, formation of healthy leisure and sports culture, and so forth. Thus, the practical problems for these sports policies were presented strengthening of immanent values in physical education, adjustment of contents and methods, extension of usefulness and experience, activation of sports activity after school. and so on.
