The hospital' exercise prescription has been made with a focus on the specialized facility, sophistication of medical diagnosis and treatment, and the operation of deverse programs. Most of the medical consumers do actually not have the ability to seek and retireve information on exercise prescription. Its cause is that medical consumers make extremely limited decisions due to the lack of prior experiences and the choice of the hoigh risk related to health. Naturally, Medical service providers' imporessive reliability, namely information from specilaists such as recommendations and advice from physicians or exercise/fitness program managers becomes the major source of information.
But, only a few people are, in actuality, using only the external source of information from the hospital exercise prescription room. Most of them are using as the most important source of information relatives, kinship, family members, and physicians' specialized kindness, interest, speciality of medical service, cost, convenience and the like.
Medical services of exercise prescription provided by the hospital are corning to a front as medical consumers hiving thus far receiving medical services at the dimension of medical treatment services have an increasing interest in those services at the dimension of prevention and health management. Especially, the efficiency of company-wide or total marketing(customer-centered thinking) attaching more importance to the hopital image and consumer satisfaction is corning to a forefront due to the recent numerical increase and size of hospitals.
