The task of this study is to systematize communication mechanism. The concept of communication is very important and problematic on korean language education. It is recognized as core concept to understand contemporary culture, so it has interpreted in according to various vision The 'Sang-saeng' communication is considerable as alternative vision of education in korean language education. The concept of 'Sang-saeng' communication emphasizes the negotiation and multilayer structure of communication. This paper seeks to concretize it's multilayer structure of communication; cognitive layer, emotional layer, social layer, historic layer, ethical layer. In cognitive layer, the communicator has communicative rationality and inference with reason. In emotional layer, the communicator has care and common sense. In social layer, the communication practiced in context of macro context, discourse convention, social-culture practice convention. In historic layer, the communication practiced in context of already-retentional orientation and protentional orientation. In ethical layer, the communicator reconciliated between the disagreement. These layers have interconnected.
