ULV機에 의한 殺?劑의 高濃度(50倍稀釋) 葉面撒布를 實施하여 솔잎혹파리의 防除效果를 比較檢討하였다. 本 試險은 1980年度 京畿道 始興郡 義旺面 義旺邑一帶, 10年生未滿 亦松林에서 遂行되었다. 供試殺?劑 Salithion(25 EC), Decamethrin(Decis®, 1EC), Phenthoate(Elsan®, 47.5%), Diazinon(34 EC), Chlorfevinphos(Birlane®, 24 EC), Phosalone(Zolone®, 25 EC) 및 Methamidophos(Tamaron®, 60 SL)를 50倍로 稀釋, 1區 10株當 500㎖씩 6月 6日에 乾電池用 ULV機(12v, Union Carbide 製)로 一回 葉面處理하였다. ??葉率은 無處理 53.3%에 比하여 Salithion, Decamethrin, Phenthoate 處理에서 각각 11.8%, 15.4%, 15.5%로서 가장 낮았으며 다음은 Diazinon(19.3%), Chlorfevinphos(20.4%), Phosalone(24.3%), Methamidophos(31.5%)의 順으로 防除效果가 낮았다. Salithion, Decamethrin, Phenthoate 處理의 防除價는 70 以上을 보였으나 그 밖에 殺?劑들은 比較的 낮았다. 高濃度 葉面撒布에 의한 솔잎혹파리防除用 殺?劑는 Salithion을 代替할 低毒性殺?劑는 Decamethrin 과 Phenthoate 라고 思料된다.
The insecticides salithion(Salithion<SUP>®</SUP>, 25 EC), decamethrin(Decis<SUP>®</SUP>, 1 EC), phenthcate(Elsan<SUP>®</SUP>, 47.5 EC), diazinon(Diaton<SUP>®</SUP>), chlorfevinphcs(Birlane<SUP>®</SUP>, 24 EC), phcsalene(Zolene<SUP>®</SUP>, 25 EC), and methamidophos(Tamaron<SUP>®</SUP>, 60 SL) were evaluated en the effectiveness of single ULV foliar spray for the control of the pine gall midges(Thecodiplosis japonensis UCHIDA et INOUYE) when the insecticides diluted with the 50 times of water were applied to the pine trees(1.5~2m in height) on June 6 by ULV Sprayer(Battery-type of 12 veltage, devised by Union Carbide). A single ULV foliar spray of salithion, decamethrin, and phenthoate among the insecticides tested was significantly effective for the pressure of the gall incidence by the insects.
