Report Errors
The purpose of this study is at assessing various types of urban ecology by quantitative analysis and developing assessment methods that can be used for future plans for ecological use of land. Assessment was divided into assessment of Spatial Patterns and assessment of Spatial Units. The overall assessment was made after weight of assessment of Spatial Patterns were added to grades of assessment of Spatial Units. The areas given the first grade in ecological value included 11.67% of the city’s total land. Areas with the second grade accounted for 31.71 % of the total land. Areas with the third grade made up 23.86% of the city and mostly they were areas with dominance of artificial forest. Areas given the fourth grade accounted for 12.38% of the total. Areas with the fifth grade accounted for 20.32%.
