This paper was attempted to propose more desirable Land use plan in the oceanic national park area.
The Ecologically sensitive area in the Dadohae islands have been well preserved for many years by national park system or natural monument act.
But hard regulation I and use system in the area used to bring about many inhabitants conflicts.
The increasing conflicts could be controlled by more effective Land use system.
In the thesis several results were recommended.
First, 40,131 inhabitants live in the Dadohae oceanic national park area. 1,417 population of plants live in the Area, also, 96% of the islands were regulated by Nature Environment Area, 2,4% of the islands were regulated by Nature preserve area.
Second, the ecologically sensitive areas in the oceanic national park could be utilized as a eco-tourism area for 68% of the inhabitants want to develop tourism.
Third, it will be possible that the 0.94% of Hong-do, 8.38% of Daeheucsan-do and 60.8% of Bigum. Docho area could be got rid of national park area or developed as a facility area.
Forth, we can use the Dadohae national park islands as a nature trail course, nature educational study area, marine park, snorkel and ecotourism suitable site.
