Facing the vortex of environmental crisis, politics as usual will become impossible, and we shall of necessity overhaul completely our whole way of political life, political values and institutions as we construct a new Political theory for the ecologically-sound society.
Environmental politics cuts across all fields of political Science including normative political philosophy, empirical political analysis, international relations, political dynamics, legislative behavior, the judicial process, public administration, and so forth.
Recognizing how central questions of political theory are to ecological issues and policies, we intend to distill the issues of ecological political theory and hopefully to develop a framework of environmental politics.
