For most multi-family house, physical characteristics were not able to reflect the social characteristics of inhabitants. So inhabitants in group lost their identity and had a difficulty in maintaining social relationship with neighborhood because of increasing anonymity. From this point of view, the purpose of this study is to grasp and clarify characteristics of common territory which shows up in socio-physical environment.
The results of analysis were as follows.
In the case of affecting the form of common territory, own residents had more the valuse of factor score than rent's. In the case of sojourn activity variables, inhabitants who had a lot of soujoult of analysis which showed the differences of each group between the common conciousness variables of belongness and neighborhood interaction, the inhabitants of making a high interaction revealed higher extent of attachment, belongness than other one.
