The purpose of study is for the liveliness of the occupants' satistation and neighboring with the exterior spaces in multi-family houing
As the results, the followings are suggested
The paper dose 1) three patterns spatial configuration of housing estate have been established ① grid pattern, ② radiation pattern, ③ tree pattern 2) the radiation pattern was the best in terms of connectivity, integration and intellegibility. These three concepts were derived from the space syntax model Also, the radiation type had highest levels of satisfation and neighboring interaction. 3) It was found that the correlationship is high between the spacial configuration and occupants' level of satisfation and neighboring in multi-family housing. 4) Thus it may be said that the space syntax model can be a useful analytic tool for the site planning process, as the site planners may actually increase satisfation and neighboring interaction of the occupants.
