Urban Apartment-type factory has the affirmative effect in this industrial area. The system furnish the stable and good condition of working spaces from small and nasty working environments. The system also cut the prices and keep the high energy efficiencies. The system give the upgrading of standard of living through the city, but existing factories.
The design processing of the system is not quiet different from existing factories. But it's spectrum is so wide to accept from the first industry to the up to dated I.T. industries. So the system seek for the plan to receive the various said spectrum and detailed plan and design should be necessary and provide the various space program, site and space planning. This research show site plan to final design step by step. Even if we regret the constrains, T/K limited time, made us not to fully show our plans. We focuss the processing of new design for the system to understand the Urban type apartment factories design process. Finally, We hope this research will help to the specialist who design and research the urban Apartment-type factory.
