This study is to examine a dormitory construction of K University as a private capital inducement project of educational facilities in order to find out its expected effects and some problems of the project.
The project is planned to develop new style of dormitories and deal with the following problems to university: inducement of outstanding students, required improvement of study environment and lack in financial resource for university ; and the following problems to students and parents: complaint on residential environment of school area and more and better dormitory facilities required.
This project brings some problems to university as follows: unsatisfactory understanding of the project by university faculty and staff and unclear tax regulations. And it brings the following problems to corporation : no understanding of school characteristics and unsatisfactory understanding of school corporate.
