The foreign nation has already supplemented the insufficient water resources and preserved rainwater from the flood, which has recognized alternative water resources and pursued to efficiently use it up to the present.
According to the new regulations of water service, those who want to establish the facility by an Executive ordinance such as stadium, gymnasium must be operating the utilization equipment of the rainwater, as well as facility standards, maintenance, the others, regarding the utilization equipment of the rainwater must comply with the rules by Ministry of Environment in Korea.
The facility to use rainwater is available to In-Cheon, Su-Won, Jeon-Ju, Dae-Jeon, Je-Ju Worldcup stadium which are one of the domestic cases. In order to effectively use the rainwater, this study will analyze both the application and an effect from the intake method of the Worldcup stadium.
